Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Short version: City Path sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in, and nothing else at all. This page lists every one of them by name.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make the site work. They cannot be switched off, because without them you could not log in or stay logged in, and there would be nothing to switch off them with.
- Supabase session cookies — set when you log in, and used to prove on each request that you are who you say you are. They are what keeps your access to the directories working as you move between pages. They expire when the session ends or you sign out.
- citypath-consent — records whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so you are not asked on every page. It stores one word and lasts a year. Asking permission to remember that permission was refused would be absurd, so this is treated as necessary.
None of these are used to profile you, none are shared with anyone for advertising, and none follow you to other websites.
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics, so there are no optional cookies to accept and you are not asked to accept any. If that changes, this page changes with it and you will be asked before anything is set.
What we do not do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of anything about you to third parties.
- No fingerprinting, and no attempt to identify you across other sites.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them in future — usually under Settings, then Privacy.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to log in, which is worth knowing before you do it. Blocking everything else has no effect on anything you paid for.
